<p>In this Tech Tip, we will show you how to add a calibration standard to TRIOS software.</p>
<p>Calibrations are obtained by comparing the literature values of known standards to the measured ones in the calibration experiment. Standards’ melting, curie, Cp, and CTE values are used for different calibrations on thermal instruments. Here we will show you how to edit or add temperature and heat capacity standards to Discovery DSC. Calibration standards on other thermal instruments can be added in the same manner.</p>
