3D CulturePro Bioreactors

The TA ElectroForce 3DCulturePro bioreactor is a multi-specimen perfusion bioreactor for reproducible and reliable tissue growth. This system supports cell growth and 3D tissue culture in an easy-to-use, scalable setup. The bioreactor comes as a single, standalone chamber with specimen fixtures or as a complete, multi-chamber system with a perfusion pump to fill the needs of individual labs at an affordable price.

This bioreactor can be used by biologists interested in 3D cell culture, biomedical researchers and medical device product manufacturers transitioning from static to perfusion fluid flow culture, and pharmacologists and drug development researchers looking for in vitro test beds or ex vivo drug delivery systems.

ADT – Automated Density Tester

Density testing is made simple with the TA Instruments fully Automated Density Tester. This fully programmable, automated system measures the density of cured rubber materials using the finite difference (buoyancy) method. Active measurement of the fluid temperature increases accuracy by accounting for small changes in the density of the immersion fluid with temperature.

AHT – Automated Hardness Tester

The AHT Automated Hardness Tester streamlines the measurement of Shore A hardness for cured rubber materials. This fully programmable, automated system measures the hardness of cured rubber materials according to all international standards for Shore A hardness. Each measurement involves the determination of a user-defined number of single point Shore A values. The individual readings, mean and median of this set are reported for each sample.

ARES-G2

The ARES-G2 is the most advanced rotational rheometer for research and material development. It remains the only commercially available rheometer with a dedicated actuator for deformation control, Torque Rebalance Transducer (TRT), and Force Rebalance Transducer (FRT) for independent shear stress and normal stress measurements. It is recognized by the rheological community as the industry standard to which all other rheometer measurements are compared for accuracy.

DIL 801 Single Sample Dilatometer

Suitable for a wide range of routine dilatometric tests, the DIL 801 and DIL 801L are horizontally configured single-sample dilatometers. The DIL 801 is designed for measurements under vacuum or inert gas while the DIL 801L is designed for measurements in air, making the DIL 801L ideally suited to measuring ceramic materials which are often processed in air.

Without a doubt DIL 801 and DIL 801L represent today the the dilatometers with the best price / performance ratio on the market

DIL 802 True Differential Dilatometer

For highest measurement accuracy, DIL 802 and DIL 802L provides a truly differential measurement. Measuring only the difference between the sample and the reference specimen, the True Differential design negates the influence of measurement system expansion on the sample measurement. This measurement design is of particular benefit for dynamic temperature programs such as those employed in Rate-Controlled-Sintering (RCS) and for measurements at lower temperatures. The DIL 802 is designed for measurements under vacuum or inert gas while the DIL 802L is designed for measurements under air.

DIL 803 Dual Sample Dilatometer

To maximize sample throughput, DIL 803 and DIL 803L offers two-samples simultaneous operation. DIL803 and DIL 803L can also be operated with an inert reference sample for quasi-differential measurement, reducing the influence of measurement system expansion and increasing measurement accuracy under dynamic temperature conditions. The DIL 803 is designed for measurements under vacuum or inert gas while the DIL 803L is designed for measurements under air, making the DIL 803L ideally suited to measuring ceramic materials

DIL 805A Quenching Dilatomers

The DIL805 Series comprises of four models: DIL 805L, DIL 805A are quenching dilatometers, DIL 805A/D is a quenching with the capability to deform the specimen by compression, and DIL 805A/D/T that can also stretch it in tension mode.

All four instruments are fully automated, self-contained units used to measure dimensional changes under extreme conditions of controlled heating and cooling.
